Owners can pay tribute to their best friend by posting a photo and having it link to their personal web page. The site is guaranteed to remain online for at least 10 years! (so until July 10, 2017) but possibly even longer -- that's our goal! With a one time fee starting at only $25.

Pixels are available in 100-pixel 'blocks' (each measuring 10x10 pixels). The homepage is divided into 10,000 of these 100-pixel blocks (hence there are 1,000,000 pixels in total). Selling the pixel blocks in anything less than 100 would be too small to display information effectively.

Buyers can purchase as many pixels as they'd like. But check the live stats, located on the top right corner of the page, to be sure the amount you desire is available. The pixels allow you to display pictures, text, as well as website links. With PetGadgetsPixel.com, your pixel ad will have a direct link from our homepage to your website.

How do I get started?
Click on the "Buy Pixels" link that appears at the top of the page. You will need to review and agree to the Terms of service prior to being able to "Buy Pixels". Setting up a customer account is easy and from there you just follow the directions that appear on the screen. You also get to choose the area of the grid where the Ad is placed. We do have to approve your Pixel Ad before it appears in order to stop illegitimate ads from being submitted. Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared (eg. in our PayPal account), we will aim to get your pixels online within 24-48 hours.

What forms of payment do you except?
Payment is made using paypal's secure ordering system which allows you to pay via paypal or credit card without having to sign up for an account.

Will purchasing an ad mean I'm an owner of PetGadgetsPixels.com?
When you 'buy' pixels you will not 'own' any part of the homepage or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published (once approved) on the homepage in the respective space you have paid for and on the pixel list page.

Can I make changes?
You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted them, so you must be sure of the image & link you want on the homepage. The only exception is if you have a strong reason why you need a change to your image/link for example your site no longer exists, major structural change to your site, lawsuits, etc. and this will still be subject to approval. If your approval is not granted the ad will need to stay "as is" or per your request we can remove. If your ad is removed from the homepage you will not receive a refund and the space will become publicly available again.

What is the refund policy?
You will not be entitled to any refund once your pixel image and link are accepted and published on this site. If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the homepage, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space will become publicly available again.

What are the image and link requirements?
- Images must be the exact size you have paid for (eg. 100 pixels = 10x10 pixels, which equals one square / box). Otherwise we will reformat your image for you at our discretion to fit the format you paid for.

- Images must be in GIF, JPG or PNG format and be no more than 250KB.

- Images can NOT be animated and thus will be rejected.

- Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://

- You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit.

- No obscene, offensive, adult images, or non pet/animal related links (sorry - no breeders) or images will be accepted, and we will have final determination of what is appropriate for PetGadgetsPixels.com.

What happens if my ad (image or link) is rejected?
If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative image or link, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your pixels.

If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material or non pet/animal related then your link will be removed and publicly available again and you will not get a refund of any kind.

Does my Pixel Ad have to be pet related?
Yes - This is an animal oriented site, so your image and link must be related to pets / animals.

The pixels are small how can I see them?
You can buy more pixels or simply use the enlarger to view.

Do I need to live in the USA to submit my image or link?
No, you can live outside of the USA. You will still need to be in agreement to the Terms of service as well as have your funds clear in U.S dollars into our paypal account.
